Get StartedThe Summit strength floor is built for serious training. Squat racks, Olympic platforms, a full functional training rig, and a turf lane give you everything you need to follow a program or build your own. Coached programming is available for members who want structure without the cost of full personal training. Drop-in strength clinics run every Thursday evening.
